I am really doing well in this process.
My meds have slowed down my thoughts enough so I can focus on one thing and I don’t get overwhelmed.
Most of my stress is caused by my estimation of the outcome.
So I keep reminding myself that the outcome could actually benefit me.
I’m moving. Someone bought the building and they want the tenants out. At first notice I normally would have freaked out but I’ve been planning to move and I’m almost packed. So I researched the area, found acceptable areas and started calling.
I’m looking at a place tomorrow and it sounds promising.If there is one thing I’ve learned about apartment living most people do not deal with their issues!
